Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, company/station, email, phone and the message text. For technical and security reasons we also record the IP address and the submission date.
Data is processed to answer your request and to provide information about the PumPIX service. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the legitimate interest in managing communications.
Only if you accept it through the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate statistics on page usage. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie preferences". Details in the cookie policy.
After a first phone call we may send service station operators an introductory email about PumPIX. The button or link in the email contains a code tied to that single message: when it is opened we record the date and time, the shortened IP address (without its last part) and the browser type, to know whether the message has been read. No cookies are used for this; the data is visible only to VideoLED staff and is used to follow up the business contact already started (legitimate interest). To receive no further messages, simply reply to the email or write to info@videoled.it.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any subsequent obligations, and in any case no longer than the terms required by applicable law.
Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed by technical providers (e.g. hosting and email services) acting as data processors. The site is hosted on Aruba S.p.A. infrastructure.
You may exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to info@videoled.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
